Cancellations/Returns:
With proper authorization, tools may returned for credit. All goods returned for credit must be freight prepaid by the purchaser. Tools authorized for returns are subject to our in-house inspecition. A handling and restocking charge may be assessed on all returns. All Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
